Covered pergolas range from $71 - $86 per sqf (<300sqf) and $56 - $71 per sqf (>300sqf).

Lower end of the ranges above includes:
- Simple layout
- Non complex site conditions
- Standard 8’ Heights
- No valleys or transitions
- Repeatable layout
Higher end of the ranges above includes:
- Long spans
- Complex site conditions
- Posts higher than 8’
- More stringent engineering requirements for snow or wind loads
- Steep pitch (>20 degrees)
- Non standard layout/design
